How do I book a viewing?
Click Book Viewing on any listing or contact us on 01273 555 0199 and we will arrange a convenient time.
What deposit is required?
Usually five weeks' rent held with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) in line with UK legislation.
How is rent paid?
Rent is paid monthly in advance by standing order unless otherwise agreed.
Do you offer fully managed services?
Yes. Our fully managed service covers tenant queries, inspections, maintenance, compliance and reporting.
What safety certificates are required?
Gas Safety (CP12) annually, Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) at least every 5 years, EPC, and smoke/carbon monoxide alarms.
How long is the tenancy?
Most Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) are 12 months with a break clause, but we tailor terms to suit.
What are landlord fees?
We offer clear, competitive fee structures for tenant-find, rent collection and full management. Contact us for a quote.
How do I report maintenance?
Managed tenants can call 24/7 or email maintenance@brightonpremierlettings.co.uk. We triage and instruct vetted contractors.
Do you conduct inventories?
Yes. Independent check-in/out inventories with photos and meter readings are included in our managed service.
Can students rent through you?
Absolutely. We regularly let to students and can arrange suitable guarantors or advance rent where needed.
